5. Installation Services

Where installation is included with the purchase of a water purification machine or other product, installation will be arranged by Aqua Pure subject to availability and access to the customer's premises.

The customer is responsible for ensuring:

• Safe and reasonable access to the installation location.
• Availability of the required water and electrical connections.
• Any necessary permissions from the building, landlord, property management, or other relevant authority.
• That the proposed installation location is suitable for the product.

Additional work or materials that are outside the standard installation scope may be subject to additional charges, where applicable.

6. Warranty

Warranty coverage, duration, and conditions depend on the product purchased and the warranty provided at the time of sale.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by:

• Misuse or improper operation.
• Accidental damage.
• Unauthorized modification, repair, or installation.
• Damage caused by external plumbing or electrical issues.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by negligence or failure to follow operating instructions.
• Damage caused by circumstances outside the reasonable control of Aqua Pure.

Warranty claims may require inspection by an Aqua Pure technician before a repair or replacement is approved.

7. Maintenance and After-Sales Service

Aqua Pure may provide maintenance and after-sales services according to the service package purchased by the customer.

Where a free service period or Annual Maintenance Contract (“AMC”) is included or purchased, the services covered will be those specifically stated in the customer's quotation, invoice, service agreement, or other applicable documentation.

Consumable filters and other replacement parts are subject to their respective replacement schedules and service terms.

AMC services do not automatically renew unless expressly agreed between the customer and Aqua Pure.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, installation, billing, and other information required to provide our products and services.

Customers must also:

• Follow product operating and maintenance instructions.
• Provide reasonable access to the equipment when service is required.
• Inform Aqua Pure of any relevant changes to the installation location or plumbing system.
• Notify Aqua Pure of faults or issues as soon as reasonably possible.

Aqua Pure shall not be responsible for delays or service limitations caused by inaccurate information, restricted access, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Orders and Service Availability

Submitting an inquiry, request, or order through the website does not necessarily constitute acceptance of an order.

An order or service request may be subject to confirmation by Aqua Pure regarding product availability, pricing, installation requirements, customer location, and other applicable conditions.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where a product or service is unavailable, incorrectly priced, incorrectly described, or cannot reasonably be provided.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on the product or service purchased, the stage of order processing, installation status, and the applicable payment terms.

Where a refund is approved, the refund will generally be processed using the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-processing procedures.

Where installation or service has already been completed, charges relating to completed services may not be refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by Aqua Pure.

Any applicable cancellation charges or non-refundable amounts will be communicated to the customer where applicable.

Where Aqua Pure provides an online payment link, the customer is responsible for verifying the payment amount, product or service details, and customer information before completing the transaction.

Aqua Pure will not be responsible for payments made through unauthorized or fraudulent payment links. Customers should use only payment links provided through official Aqua Pure communication channels.
